How does the ADI Referral Scheme work?
When a new pupil signs up with our service and has picked the dates and times they want for their test, our software will start checking availability of earlier appointments and they will start getting driving cancellations. If our system suggests a centre appropriate for your pupil, it will send them an SMS text. If they respond to the text with 'BOOK', this test will be saved for them. If the time doesn’t suit them, they just ignore the text and we will keep sending them new dates at their desired centre, until we find one that suits them.
