The questions our customers often ask are the best way to learn more about our service.

How long will it take to find me a cancellation?

Some people might end up getting the cancellation they need the same day, and some may not find availability for two weeks. The more open you are to tests, the quicker you will see cancellations. There are over three hundred test centres with different availability, so there will be plenty of cancellations to fit everyone’s needs.
We find tests for most of our customers, occasionally we may not find one if no new test becomes available.

What do I need to do before I sign up?

In order to use our service you must book your practical test with the DVSA, this can be for any date or time or test centre. Once you have booked your test, return to our website. You can let us know when signing up if you want to have your test at a different test centre.
We can change your driving test date, but we cannot make an entirely new booking.

My driving test is on hold, can I still get driving test cancellations?

Our system is still available even if your test has been put on hold, even if you don’t have a time and date confirmed for your test. Simply select your preferred test centres and we'll book you a slot.

A driving test cancellation was not found, could I have a refund?

We can offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

How do you find cancellations?

We check for cancelled driving tests by searching the DVSA database every day. We use recent software advances to search for driving test cancellations. When we identify a test that fits your preferences, we book it or notify you via text. We'll get in touch with the DVSA straight away and make booking arrangements. In turn, they will send a confirmation to your email.

How do I pay?

You can pay with a debit/credit card, or by PayPal. PayPal offers great flexibility as it is quick, easy and secure, so that your money will always remain safe!

How do I receive notifications?

When a cancellation is found, we will contact you two ways, via text message and email with the time of the test. Depending on your decision, you have 15 minutes to respond before we change the test, reply to the text with ‘book’ and it will be changed automatically for you. If the test found is not suitable, simply ignore this text and we will keep searching.

What is the Auto booking feature?

Our auto book feature enables customers to never miss a cancellation. When a cancellation is found that is on your available dates, hours and desired location, it will reserve the soonest open time, automatically. You won’t need to respond to the text either. To get the earliest test, be flexible with the date!

Can I change driving test dates more than once?

You can reschedule your driving test up to 10 times per booking. You will need to cancel the booking entirely and rebook one if you want to change the date an eleventh time. If you have to cancel and rebook, your original test fee will be refunded by the DVSA.

If I fail, can I get a new test right away and can you book it for me?

You will need to book your test through the DVSA and they require you to wait 10 days before they will book a new test. If your new test date is 10 days after you had the last, then we can go back to checking for cancellations, free of charge.

If I want to cancel my test, how much notice would I have to give?

To get a full refund of your fee paid to the DVSA for your driving test, you have to allow up to three clear working days, including Saturdays. If you do not cancel your test before this point, you will lose all rights to a refund.
